Ah okay, bc basically rn I had an empty deck but I'm adding all of MileDown's cards to my deck as I cover certain topics in my content review.I would keep in mind that this is not how you are supposed to use anki. But hey, if it worked for him/her, it might work for you. Also, I'd say that you could look through u/Miledown's review sheets. Super OP. I used the MileDown’s MCAT deck, and this was pretty much the only source i used outside 3 of the AAMC full lengths and 4 Kaplan full lengths. I gotta say this was a super helpful resource because I didn’t do content review or even have a regular studying schedule until ~3 weeks from my test date and literally 2 weeks of using this Deck ...

u/MileDown's Anki Deck. 2,900 cards organized into 7 subdecks: Behavioral, Biochemistry, Biology, Essential Equations, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics and Math. Every item in my 90 page review sheet PDF. Every item in the 300 page Khan Academy Psych/Soc document. Every equation, unit, and constant needed for the MCAT.

Biochemistry from Miledown is lacking…I saw the most improvements in that subject through UEarth and the Kaplan book. Gen/OChem/physics…I’d say don’t use Anki for these bc memorization won’t help you here, that includes Miledown.I wouldn't use miledown. I would use the anking overhaul deck. Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review. Use the anking's anki settings (found on youtube). You really need to be taking practice tests and use the AAMC QPACKS and SBs. However, if you’re asking if for the resource of ANKI alone, if you only use one deck you’ll be fine. 99% of people I know only use one deck. But they add/take away from the deck as needed. Personally I like the Jack Sparrow decks better than the Milesdown. I’ve tried both. The JS deck is just so much more in depth than the MD one to me, and it’s based directly off the Kaplan books.
